With a background in service design, workshop facilitation, leadership coaching and mentorship, Brigitta’s ability to assess the “mindset” of an organization and enable creativity sets her apart.
As Cultural Transformation and Innovation Manager at Credit Suisse – International Wealth Management, Brigitta develops and leads coaching and innovation workshops and change-management programs for executives, middle managers and financial advisers. By bridging the gap between humanity and technology, Brigitta helps clients connect more intimately and stay more relevant in today’s increasingly competitive world of financial services. Her seasoned tenure with the firm includes stints as a senior financial analyst where she developed and implemented company-wide, cost-efficiency programs, strategic transformation projects and performance management frameworks.
Prior to her position at Credit Suisse, Brigitta tested her business and financial acumen at Novartis International AG, where she also led groups in strategic planning, financial audits and business integration projects.
Brigitta holds a Master of Science in business administration and is a Certified Financial Analyst. She is also credentialed as a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, as well as a Design Thinking Coach and Scrum Master. In her spare time, Brigitta uses her expertise to mentor and coach entrepreneurs as they conceptualize their ideas and execute on their creativity.
